Marshall is a student at the University of Kentucky studying exercise science with a minor in business. Growing up in Louisville, Kentucky he was always involved in fitness playing baseball throughout high school, until later graduating and switching his focus from baseball to wellness and muscle growth. He has since been eager to learn any and everything about muscle development and recovery and has developed a passion to better understand how the body reacts to different adjustments throughout a person’s daily life. Through countless hours of research and dedication to the gym, nutrition, and bettering himself he has developed a great understanding of how to not only help himself but help others in their desire to reach their fitness goals. 

In his free time, he enjoys working out, cars, college sports, and preparing different food combinations!
