Over the last 10 years, I have found a niche working with the older adult population. I take great satisfaction in knowing that those I am working with will leave Body Structure more independent and self-sufficient.
I am a firm believer that there are a few reason to keep older adults from increasing their activity, and “too old” and “too frail” aren’t among them. In fact, when older people lose their ability to do things on their own, it doesn’t happen just because they have aged. More likely, it is because they have become inactive. Exercise is not the fountain of youth, but it is a good long drink of vitality.
