BS at Georgetown College Working on MS in Sports Leadership at University of Kentucky
I chose this field because fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I love to train and help people reach their goals. Improving someone’s life is a great feeling and when someone reaches their goals, it makes me feel proud to be a part of it.
I played football in college so I have a great sports background. I love working with athletes and their explosive abilities. Improving speed, agility, power and strength while incorporating full body exercises is what I am most passionate about. I am also very familiar with back problems (herniated/bulging discs).
