My approach to personal training is to make clients stronger and more capable of living in their world than the day they first walked in the doors at Body Structure. This applies to young people trying to improve in their sport, to mothers who have taken care of families and forgetting to take care of themselves, to retirees who want to move better, to elderly clients who want to stay as independent as possible for as long as possible. I have worked with many elderly clients and seen time and time again how developing a lifestyle of fitness as early as possible can make a great difference in quality of life with aging.
I have been with Body Structure since 2012 and have worked with clients of all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. I specialize primarily in working with middle-aged and elderly clients and developing programs that work with their varying abilities and medical needs.
My favorite personal forms of exercise are lifting weights, playing basketball and other sports, running, and hiking with friends. Outside of that, I enjoy spending time with my friends, reading, and doing some occasional traveling.
