"As a teenager I was very overweight. I virtually never exercised to any real degree, and my nutritional habits were those of a typical teenager. One day after getting bullied, I decided to start a workout program to get bigger and stronger and hopefully gain the self-confidence I’d never had before. Although I was clueless the first time I walked into a fitness center. One of the trainers there was nice enough to show me the basics and encouraged me to learn as much as I could about fitness, it worked! I lost the weight, got some funny bumps in my arms, and haven’t stopped working out since. Not only that, but I wanted to pursue a career in helping others do the same.
