Training Philosophy: Creating a positive environment while exercising safely and reaching goals is my top priority. I like to exploit functional exercises to ensure proper body mechanics during activities inside the gym as well as during activities of daily living. It’s important to me that clients have a more positive perspective on exercising during their time with me at Body structure. I want to motivate my clients to reach their full potential while exceeding what they thought they were capable of completing.
