Training Philosophy: To have a positive impact on as many people as possible through exercise. Exercise can have physical and mental benefits that can enrich the lives of our clients as well as those around them. I plan to use my education, passion for helping people, and perseverance to help people move and function properly through exercise, as well as, help motivate clients to exceed expectations. Ultimately, I want to improve the lives of the people with whom I work.
